Project Management
AfriDev provides project management service to grassroots organisations from planning to evaluation.
We have the experience and knowledge of the subject of trends in development cooperation, and how the development cooperation principles are translated into effective and efficient projects and programmes. To ensure that we deliver the management of high quality project that we build on our strong experience with the combination of background knowledge and thematic with a professional management based on results.
Policy Development
AfriDev provides support for policy formulation and implementation to donors, state agencies and local governments. Our experience includes the review of policies, evaluation of effectiveness and efficiency and evaluation of policy effects. AfriDev supports policy development through systematic analysis and structuring of international knowledge and best practices in the areas of intervention in the country and the region. We also facilitate the development of guidelines and other practical tools designed to translate policy into practice, allowing mandates be effectively executed.
Monitoring and Evaluation
We develop results-based monitoring and project and/or programme evaluation systems, and support the assessment phase. Our work is based on internationally recognised methodologies. We have extensive knowledge and practical experience of work in line with the Paris declaration on aid effectiveness, the programme of action, the MDGs Accra and international human rights convention. Our consultants are updated with current international trends related to the agenda of aid effectiveness and how it is changing the relationship between donors and partner countries and beneficiaries.
Strategic Partnership
We seek partnership with institutions or organisations locally and globally. Staying within our target areas, we are pleased to welcome partnership requests from biased organisations in a specific or in all of the services we deliver.
Any form of partnership sought by individuals will solely limit itself on exchanges of expertise as we both agree. We welcome students or experts who would like to research or practice their fields of study with us in areas of our concern. Volunteers are encouraged and welcomed to our organisation as we seek to deepen our services.

PLANNING
Capacity building and/or development aims at developing skills, transferring knowledge, changing attitudes, and supporting the motivation and long-term commitment.
Capacity development efforts can target individuals, organizations and institutions, although the focus and approach may differ. Our teaching methods are based on scientifically proven methods for effective learning based on four steps: experience, understanding, planning and strategies, and action.
